This blog was born from multiple conversations with fellow millennials that revealed that they didn’t know what they were doing when it came to personal finances. They never learned about finances in school. Their parents didn’t know much either and were essentially winging it. There are resources out there with which to educate yourself, but filtering what is good advice from what is essentially fiscal snake oil can be difficult for a lay person. Even the good sites can have a problem with information overload where they try to cover every possible topic. This blog will be focused specifically on millennials that have advanced past their entry level jobs so they have some cash to work with but aren’t sure how to manage it.
